Affiliate & Referral Compensation Disclosure

This page explains how Florida Business Support is paid. It applies to everything on this site, and it's here because you deserve to know how we make money before you act on anything we tell you. It's provided under the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), which require a clear disclosure of any financial connection behind a recommendation.

We are not a lender

Florida Business Support does not lend money, fund deals, or hold capital, and we don't make credit or underwriting decisions. Every financing or debt-relief decision is made by the provider you choose to work with — not by us.

Our advice is free

Talking to us costs you nothing. We never charge a business owner a fee, a deposit, or a retainer for advisory, at any stage, for any product — including debt relief.

How we're paid

We're paid by the financing and debt-relief providers we refer you to, not by you. When we introduce you to a provider and that introduction leads to you moving forward with them, we may receive referral or affiliate compensation from that provider. That's the entire business model, and it's why the advisory itself is free.

Compensation doesn't decide what we recommend

We don't steer you toward whichever provider pays us the most, and we won't push more financing when the honest answer is to wait, restructure, or not borrow at all — even when that isn't the option that pays us.

What we're not

Florida Business Support is not a bank, a broker of record, a law firm, a CPA firm, or a licensed investment or financial adviser.

Not advice

Nothing on this site, including this page, is legal, tax, or financial advice. For anything that touches those areas, talk to a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial adviser about your specific situation.

No guarantees

We never guarantee approval, a funding amount, a rate, a timeline, or any other outcome. Be cautious of anyone who does before they've reviewed your actual financial picture.
